The grand federation estate 'Downing' was originally built in 1901 and is set on an impressive double block of 1,315 sqm inthe heart of Mosman.

 

We completely managed the 10 month build of a full internal and external restoration while still preserving it's original heritage and character. This included installing several vast skylight windows to let more light in, as well as the rebirth of a downstairs wine cellar, stone fire place, pool, cabana and tennis court utilising various high end materials and showcasing detailed joinery.

The build was managed in stages with various challenges associated with a home of that age, but with our quality trades professionals we were able to achieve a very rewarding result on completion.
