Family truly is at the heart of this 1950's beach cottage with separate living upstairs and downstairs to accommodate Grandparents and their growing family.

 

Use of timber throughout with extensive underpinning and excavation to support the existing structure. Careful design was fundamental to ensuring best use of the existing space while maintaining the humble beach shack.

 

With the upstairs remodeling, addition of a secondary dwelling, concrete bunker, carport and landscaped entertainingareas; this contemporary home is now perfect to comfortably entertain family and friends while catching a glimpse of Pittwater as the sun goes down.

 

This multi stage renovation revealed itself during each stage of the build and we were able to adjust the design to our clients new life stage.
